But is it Biblical?
Episode 12: Homosexuality - The Old Testament
In this episode, we are beginning our study on homosexuality. We discuss the Old Testament passages that the church uses to condemn homosexual behavior.
We’ll explore the author’s intent in telling the story of Sodom & Gomorrah:
Why was it destroyed? Why were Abraham and Lot saved from the destruction?
We’ll also learn the history and context behind Israel’s culture to help shine light on the laws of Moses:
What was the purpose of the law? Did they have a law prior to the commandments given on Mt. Sinai? Why do some of the laws seem so ridiculous? Was the law God’s plan from the beginning?
